But a scan tool does not hand you a verdict. Fault codes need context. Over-rev reports need context too. One stored code can mean very little on its own, and the same over-rev report can land very differently depending on the car, the service history, and everything else happening around it.
You get the data interpreted like evidence, not dumped in your lap as a screen full of technical noise.
